Delivery — Freight — Small Order Surcharge

Orders will be delivered using the most economical, efficient and available (and/or appropriate) mode. Orders valued at $120.00+ nett will be supplied freight/postage free, and subsequent backorders will also be freight-free.

A small order surcharge of $10.00 will be applied to those orders where the total value is less than $120.00 nett.

Freight/postage charges apply to all export orders regardless of size and will be charged at cost.

book&volume does not apply a pick and pack/handling fee to any order.
