book&volume encourages customer feedback so that we can gauge how we are perceived and how we are performing. Any complaint is taken seriously and treated according to its unique circumstances.

While book&volume endeavours to do all it can to prevent problems, there are times when circumstances are beyond our control: delays in stock arriving, arrival of damaged stock, delays in order delivery due to airline security, etc. However, we do try our utmost to keep customers informed and look for understanding when such circumstances occur!
