1. FREIGHT COSTS
Question: I want to buy a copy of stock item 113 (the Folger Shakespeare Library edition of Twelfth Night: or What You Will) but I’d also like to send copies to friends in New Zealand and Canada. Can you tell me the cost of postage for each of these parcels? I live in Perth.

Answer: With packaging, this book weighs more than 250 grams (8.8 ounces) but less than 500 grams (17.60 ounces), so the cost of postage will be: $6.50 (Perth), $9.75 (airmail to New Zealand), and $13.90 (airmail to Canada).
2. BUYING A GIFT VOUCHER
Question: Do you have gift vouchers?

Answer: Yes, even though we don’t have a shop front, we do have gift vouchers. If you wish to include a message with your gift voucher, please include the wording when you place your order. After you place your order we will issue the voucher with a unique number that allows the recipient to redeem the voucher when ordering via our website, email, phone, or fax.
3. REDEEMING A GIFT VOUCHER
Question: I have a gift voucher but I live in Wagga Wagga. How can I use it?

Answer: Each gift voucher we issue has a unique number, so you can redeem the voucher when ordering via our website, email, phone, or fax. Just mention the voucher number and your name when placing your order.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Question: Do you accept money orders from Australia Post?

Answer: We do accept money orders. We also accept Visa, and Mastercard, Australian dollar cheques; or direct deposits into our account.
