Ordering:
Libraries are welcome to order by email, fax or mail, or to place orders via our website. You are also welcome to order books from either the retail (specialist) side of our business, or from the distributed range.
Virtually all Australian library orders are supplied on a 30-day account and are processed immediately. Please ensure that you always quote your Library's order number to avoid delays.
If your Library has a relationship with an existing library supplier, book&volume can only supply the distributed range to them at book trade rates.
book&volume gives libraries a standard 10% discount on orders of 1-5 titles, and a 15% discount on orders of 6+ titles if you order directly with us. Postage/freight is charged at Australia Post rates.
Freight/postage charges are applied to export orders and are charged at cost.
book&volume does not apply a pick and pack/handling fee to any order.
