Ordering:

Libraries are welcome to order by email, fax or mail, or to place orders via our website.

Virtually all Australian library orders are supplied on a 30-day account and are processed immediately. Please ensure that you always quote your Library's order number to avoid delays.

If your Library has a relationship with an existing library supplier, book&volume can only supply the distributed range to them at book trade rates.

book&volume gives libraries a standard 10% discount on orders of 1-5 titles, and a 15% discount on orders of 6+ titles if you order directly with us. If your library has a good purchasing history with book&volume, higher discounts can be negotiated. Postage/freight is charged at Australia Post rates.

Freight/postage charges are applied to export orders and are charged at cost.

book&volume does not apply a pick and pack/handling fee to any order.
