book&volume respects the privacy of all those who use our site. Our simple policy is that we will not deliberately disclose any personal information regarding our customers. No customer information is given to, sold to, or borrowed by any third party whatsoever in any form.

For record-keeping purposes book&volume retains copies of all incoming and outgoing emails, contents of which will not be disclosed to any third party without the permission of the sender, unless required by law.

Customers with an identifiable interest are automatically included on our mailing list and receive notification from time to time, of new and forthcoming items of interest. Any customer wishing to have their details removed from our mailing list can do so by simply notifying us. All mailing lists created by book&volume remain the property of book&volume and are not given to, sold to, or borrowed by any third party whatsoever in any form.

Payment Security

Many customers purchasing material from book&volume use credit cards, by telephone, mail, e-mail or by fax, and via our secure web-site shopping cart. We encourage those with internet access to use our on-line ordering system (shopping cart) as this is the most secure method of electronically transmitting credit card details.

All credit card details are retained in our secure computer system (access by passwords and codes) pending future purchases, unless or until a customer requests otherwise.
