ORDERING

You can order via our shopping cart, email or phone. We accept orders from individuals, organisations, libraries, schools and educational institutions, booksellers etc. Different and varying terms of trade apply - these cover discounts, postage/freight, payment terms etc. Contact us for more information.

RETURNS

* Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them

* Items must be in the original packaging or packaging of equal quality

* Items must be in mint condition

Who pays return postage?

* Items damaged in transit or during production process: free return postage

* Items returned because of buyer change of mind: buyer pays postage

GIFT VOUCHERS

We do have gift vouchers. Just include all the relevant details when you are ordering - including any message you would like. We will then send you the voucher in pdf format for you to print on paper of your choosing or to email to the recipient. All vouchers will have a unique number to ensure that only the recipient can use it

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal; Direct Deposits into our account, and Australian dollar cheques

SHIPPING COSTS

In order to answer this fully we need to know where you live and which books you intend to buy. But, if you live in Australia, our shopping cart has a flat rate charge, regardless of how many books you want, or where you live. We advise international buyers to contact us about any purchases so that we can provide a precise quote for delivery - we don't want to undercharge, nor do we like to overcharge.
